A contact is a customer who wrote to one of your bots. The limit is shared by the whole account, not set per bot.
AI limits count requests per calendar day and renew the next day. AI in chats and System AI in the AI dialog block share one daily limit; the constructor AI assistant has its own.
Uploaded documents are split into text fragments (chunks). The limit counts fragments across the whole account.

Contact supportYes. The FREE plan includes one bot, Telegram and the scenario builder, with the command and block limits shown in the comparison table. The website widget works for 14 days after the bot is created. No card is required to sign up.
Yes, 14 days of PRO. A card is required, but nothing is charged on the day you start. The first payment happens automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; PRO access stays until the trial ends.
A contact is a unique person who has messaged any of your bots in any channel. The limit applies to the whole account, not per bot. The count is cumulative: deleting conversations or contacts does not reduce it.
Your bots stop replying and you get a notification suggesting a plan upgrade; you are also warned as you approach the limit. To resume, upgrade your plan or buy an extra contact pack.
AI limits are daily and reset every day. AI replies in chats (including the "AI dialog" block in scenarios) and AI assistant requests in the builder are counted separately. AI features are not available on FREE. See the comparison table for each plan's limits.
AI features pause until the end of the day, and the limit resets the next day. If you regularly hit the limit, choose a plan with a higher daily allowance.

Yes, on any paid plan. Extra bots and contact packs are added to your subscription and billed with it for the same period. Prices are listed under "Add-on resources".
Yearly billing charges the full amount once a year with the discount shown on the toggle. Limits and features are the same either way.
The new plan takes effect immediately. The unused part of your current period is credited, so you only pay the difference.
The change applies at the end of the period you've already paid for; you keep your current plan until then. Add-on bots and contacts are not carried over.
Turn off auto-renewal in the "Plan" section of your account. You keep access until the paid period ends, then the account moves to FREE.
By bank card. The subscription renews automatically, and we send reminders before the period ends.
