BotConsole SMS Program

BotConsole Account & Security Alerts is a text message program for BotConsole users: verification codes and account alerts. No marketing messages are sent.

What messages you receive

  • Verification codes when you add or change your phone number.
  • Account and security alerts, for example about important changes to your account.
  • A subscription confirmation: one message right after your number is verified.

Message frequency varies: a code is sent only when you request one, and alerts only when something happens in your account. We do not send marketing text messages.

How to subscribe

  1. Sign in to BotConsole and open Profile → Notifications → “SMS notifications”.
  2. Choose your country and enter your mobile phone number.
  3. Check the separate SMS consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not tied to accepting the Terms of Service.
  4. Click “Send verification code” and enter the 6-digit code from the text message. Once your number is verified, you receive a welcome message.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any of our messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. You can also click “Disable SMS” in your profile. To subscribe again, reply START.
