Things you probably wonder

Can the dialogue be transferred to a live operator if the bot is struggling?

Yes. You can configure the scenario logic so that under certain conditions (for example, if the client directly asks to call a manager or the AI cannot find an answer) the dialogue is transferred to a human. The entire chat history is preserved in the built-in CRM.

How will the bot send the request to my CRM system?

We support many ready-made integrations (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.). If your CRM is not on the list, you can easily set up the transfer of any collected variables (name, phone, essence of the request) via Webhooks or custom API requests directly from the builder.

Alternatively, you can contact our support and we will add the missing integration.

Do I need to build two different bots: one for Telegram and another for a widget on the website?

No, this is the main advantage of the platform. You create the scenario (flow) once in the visual editor, and it automatically works across all connected channels — whether it's a Telegram bot, a web widget on your site, or an embedded form.

Will the neural network make up facts and promise clients things that do not exist?

You have full control over the AI's behavior through system prompts (instructions). You can strictly limit the bot's knowledge base to only your materials and assign it a strict role so that it does not deviate from the topic and responds exclusively according to your company's regulations.

How does the AI bot learn information about my company, products, or services?

You can "train" the bot using a visual builder. To do this, simply upload text documents, price lists, or connect a dynamic data export from Google Sheets. The bot will use the provided context when generating responses, functioning as a full-fledged consultant.

How to create a bot?

Register, in the personal account on the Bots page click the Add bot button.

Then add the necessary connections (Telegram, Widget) and configure the bot's logic in the constructor or use ready-made templates, which you can then adapt to your specific task.

How to send a newsletter to users?

Go to the Sendings menu.

Click on Create sending.

Choose the type of newsletter - it can be just text, or an image with text, video, audio, and document.

In the expanded form, fill in the fields:

- Title - if it is audio, the title will be specified as the file name
- Text - you can use macros in the text, which will be replaced with the corresponding data
- If it is not a text message, upload the corresponding file for audio, video, or document.
- Sending time - you can specify when to send the newsletter; if not specified, the newsletter will be sent immediately
- Bots - which bots to send the newsletter to
- User languages - you can filter users by language and in that case send the newsletter in their language for each audience
- Gender - filter users by gender
- Recipient IDs - user numbers from the Users page if you want to send a newsletter to specific users
- Buttons - you can add buttons for various files

After saving the newsletter, sending messages to users will start either after the specified time or within a minute. Later, you will be able to see how many messages were sent and how many errors occurred. If you encounter any difficulties with frequent errors, please write to support chat.

Is it possible to refund the paid tariff?

No, such an option is not provided, the payment for the tariff is final.

What will happen if I exceed the user limit on my plan?

The bot will not stop working. We have a flexible add-ons system. If you exceed the base limit, you can simply purchase a package for 10,000 additional users for $10/month, without switching to a more expensive plan.

Can I accept payments from clients directly within the bot?

Yes, you can generate payment links and set up recurring subscriptions directly in the visual builder, using built-in integrations with Stripe, PayPal, Cloudpayments, Cryptomus, and other payment systems.

Where is the chat history of my clients stored?

The entire interaction history of each client is automatically saved in the platform's built-in CRM system. You have access to logs, session analytics at any time, and you can see which page of the website the client came from and which UTM tags are associated with them.

Adding Files for the Bot

File management is done on the constructor page through the Files menu. There you can add your own files of various types, which can then be used to send to your users, to form inline menus, or to generate content through neural networks.

The following fields are available in the files:

- Title
- Description
- Tags
- Main category
- Additional categories - specified if the module supports cross-output of content from different categories, or for the recommendation system
- File upload: from computer, via link, from YouTube
- File type - affects how the user will receive the file; if audio is sent as a document, it cannot be played in the player
- Audio duration in seconds - specified only for the Audio type. On the right, there are fields for conveniently converting time into seconds; if the time is specified as "hh:mm:ss", then in the first field you enter minutes, and in the second seconds, and you get the total knowledge in seconds.
- Audio performer - for audio, optional
- Video width - for video, optional
- Video height - for video, optional
- Number of file resends - if the module supports resending files, you can specify how many times to send at most. This can be useful if you need to repeat information from audio or video several times
- Send after - if the module supports such functionality, you can specify which file to output as the next current one. For example, this can be used if there is a series of audio/video that follow one another.
- Rating - if enabled, emojis for rating from 1 to 5 will be displayed under the file. The rating is then visible on the files page.

How to request a withdrawal?

First, provide your payment information on the Settings page.

Next, on the Balance page, open the Withdrawal tab. Choose the method and amount for withdrawal.

Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD.

Withdrawal requests are processed every Monday, Greenwich Mean Time.

What is your attitude towards user inflation?

We have a negative attitude towards user inflation, which is why we have implemented a mechanism for bots that engage in this behavior, automatically analyzing connection statistics. If artificially inflated users are detected, the bot is given a special label, after which all inactive users will be removed, and a captcha will be displayed for all new users.

Additionally, advertising will be disabled for labeled bots, thus cutting off the opportunity to earn money from the bot in our system.
